The Law Firm Reithner was founded in 2003 by attorney Florian Reithner and has an international team of experts in art law and trust law.

Our approach: Valuation of art and collections, comprehensive contract law and networking with experts.

The focus of our work is the comprehensive representation of our clients' interests, a cost-oriented objective advisory service and a trustful cooperation in all legal issues. Our aim is the development of target-oriented solutions with consideration of all risks and an anticipatory advice.

The Law Firm Reithner offers the constitution of contracts, assessment of contracts and the enforcement of claims, additionally the development of negotiation concepts and the phrasing of correspondence. Due to the international focus of the law firm we offer all services in German and in English.

Mr Reithner gained international work experience during his legal training at international law firms in Munich, Tokyo Japan and the German-Malaysian Chamber of Commerce in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

For several years Mr. Reithner is also lecturing civil law, commercial law and corporate law at Universities in Munich and Milan, Italy.
